Mark Carvalho, MBA, GRI

Mark holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Arizona.  He specializes in property valuation services, REO asset liquidation, investment property analysis and residential listing and marketing which means you will receive exceptional, knowledgeable, and professional service when you alllow the Carvalho Real Estate Group to serve your  real estate and investment needs. Mark grew up around New England before moving to Arizona where he met Kristin. They have a 3 year old daughter and live in Gilbert.

Kristin Carvalho, MBA, ABR

Kristin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Arizona, and is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR). Kristin designs and executes marketing programs and is in charge of buyer and investor relations. She provides exceptional client service and has won numerous awards on both the national and local level from publications such as REALTOR Magazine and The Phoenix Business Journal for production and outstanding service.

Jenna Trethewey

 Jenna has been a licensed Realtor® since 2004. She began her practice in Texas prior to moving back home to Arizona in 2006 where she is a native resident. She soon realized working with a team of Realtors ® was where she wanted to be. Jenna specializes in marketing, project management and has a passion for client satisfaction. As the client care specialist for The Carvalho Group, Jenna follows up with client questions, concerns, and the level of satisfaction with the team services; as well as improving and implementing new systems in order to keep our level of service well above the rest.

Adriana Tirado

 Adriana holds a degree in Business Management, is a notary public, and a former Senior Escrow Officer with Fidelity National Title. Adriana is responsible for providing exemplary customer service to our clients, and is also responsible for managing all escrows from end-to-end utilizing her depth of knowledge about the escrow and title process. Adriana consistently receives rave reviews from clients for her attention to detail and communication during real estate transactions.

Chris Tirado

 Chris enjoys participating in outdoor activities such as snowboarding, riding his quad and playing sports such as football and lacrosse, During the summer Chis is a lifeguard, swim instructor and a head diving coach at a local pool. He is currently attending college to obtain his Fire Sciences Degree in hopes of becoming a fire fighter.  Chis also enjoys spending time with his family as much as possible. Chris joined Carvalho Real Estate Group in early 2009 as a Field Manager.  Chris works with our sellers who have vacant properties. He visits those homes on a weekly basis to ensure the home is secure and in showing condition.  Chris also works closely with our closing team to help organize our files and coordinate inspections.

Eric Abel

 Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from The University of New Hampshire, and serves clients as a Buyer Specialist for The Carvalho Real Estate Group. He works tirelessly on behalf of his clients to ensure they receive the very best service and market knowledge available. His incredible depth and breadth of knowledge about the lending industry makes him an expert financial consultant in helping clients to structure their real estate finances and explaining the impact their decisions will have on their personal finances.

Jamie Meyer

 Jamie grew up in the Mid West where his parents still own the family farm.  As a kid he was responsible for feeding the pigs and cows and preparing the ground for planting corn, soybeans, oats and alfalfa.  He grew up with two brothers and holds an Associates Degree in Diversified Agriculture.  Jamie enjoys warm weather which brought him to Arizona in 1999.  When he isn't working with buyers he enjoys playing basketball, motorcylce riding, skydiving, mountain biking, snowboarding, and anything else that gets his adrenaline running.  He obtained his real estate license in 2003 to join the pursuit of helping people find their dream home.  Jamie joined  the Carvalho Real Estate Group in 2008 as a Buyer Specialist and prides himself on exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to get the job done.

Korey Stewart

 Korey hails from beautiful Klamath Falls, Oregon but decided to call Arizona home to escape the cool climates of the Pacific Northwest. He grew up around the real estate and construction industries and has been involved in sales for the last 8 years, he has a natural passion for real estate. For over the last 5 years Korey has assisted numerous buyers in finding their dream home, land, vacation home or income property in Arizona. His familiarity in all areas of real estate across The Valley has lead to his motivation in expanding his knowledge in other areas of real estate, specifically property management. Korey currently manages over a dozen properties for family members, friends and his personal investments. He possesses an excellent value system and a strong work ethic for his clients;. His role as a Buyer Specialist on the Carvalho Real Estate Team complements his “lets get it done” positive attitude. When not serving his clients, Korey spends his time with his wife and raising 2 children. He enjoys spending time outdoors in the Arizona sun playing golf, baseball or relaxing by the pool.

Mary Stevens

 Mary is a Buyer Specialist and possesses a decade of experience working with both primary residence home buyers and national and international investors to acquire land, multi-family units, and commercial properties. She is an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and has a passion for working with people and helping clients realize their dreams and goals of real estate ownership.
